Contributions
The Journal accepts contributions in Dutch, English, or German. Contributions should be submitted according to the submission guidelines for authors and in both an editable version (.doc or .rtf format) and hard copy equivalent (.pdf format or paper copy). It is recommended to contact the Editorial Board before submitting contributions. Paper manuscripts will not be returned. Books for review should be sent to the editorial address.
